Service Plan – Renewal of contract of Filipino/Indonesian maid
‘We’, ‘the Company’, ‘Holy’, ‘Holy-Helpers.com’ refers to Holy Employment Centre Limited, while ‘you’, ‘employer’, ‘the user’ refers to clients directly using our online platform for employment and reservation purposes. By using our platform, you accept and agree to, without unauthorised alteration, all terms, conditions, notifications and declarations in this agreement existing at the time you use our reservation services. All information regarding your reservation will also be subject to the following terms, conditions, notifications and declarations.
1. Payment arrangement: Fully payment after signed this service agreement.
2. Service fee is non-refundable when employer cancelled the helper and/or terminated this contract due to any personal reason(s). There is also no changing of helper.
3. The employer will be assumed to have terminated the application process or forfeited the right to employer the maid under the following conditions:
a. The employer has still not handed in the necessary documents 14 days after the company has submitted the application documents;
b. The employer or helper cancels the application for any personal reason;
c. The Employer cannot comply with the requirements of the application or the Consulate in Hong Kong shall refuse to grant the application (the employer shall make his own assessment as to whether the requirement of the application can be satisfied). If the Employer is in "watch list" or "blacklist" of Consulate and needs our staff to accompany the Employer to attend the interview at Consulate, the Employer is subject to an administration charge $500 each. Such fee is non-refundable.
d. The HK Immigration Department required supplementary documents from the employer and/or requests to interview the employer, but the employer cannot submit the required documents within 7 days and/or did not attend the interview, leading to delays in the application which ultimately results in the maid being unable to arrive in HK according to schedule or the application being rejected. The Company does not bear responsibility in the above conditions and will not refund any paid agent fees.
4. After the company has submitted the application documents, if the employer requests for alteration of content in the application documents, we will charge the employer an administration fee of:
a. HK$200 for alteration after mailing out of documents;
b. HK$500 for alteration after the Standard Employment Contract (ID407) has been submitted to the consulate; and
c. For cancellation after ID407 is forwarded to the Immigration Department of Hong Kong, service fee is non-refundable.
5. No guarantee period.
6. We are verifying the name, date of birth and last date of working visa of helper according to the helper’s passport, HKID and visa. The helper’s working history and resume need to be confirmed by the employer.
7. After we have received all documents from the employer, the approximate time needed is listed below:-
8. If, due to adjustment of the Minimum Allowable Wage and/or other legislation by the HKSAR government/consulate, the content of the ID407 must be altered before re-submitting them to the consulate or the application must be restarted, the costs will be borne by the employer.
9. If the Filipino domestic helper goes back to the Philippines for home leave, and if he / she intends to return back to the country of employment, he / she must apply the Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) by himself / herself before leaving Hong Kong.
10. If, due to reasons beyond reasonable control of the company instead of delays and mistakes caused by our error, that the Company is unable to fulfil part or all of its obligations outlined in this agreement, then the Company will not bear any responsibility regarding the situation. Such reasons may include but are not limited to maid’s personal reasons, warfare, social turmoil, civil disobedience, riot, natural hazards, legal barriers overriding the government/country, labour/trade conflict, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquakes and other unforeseen occurrences. The company will not refund under the above circumstances.
11. The Company reserves the right to refund the agent fee to the employer but can unilaterally withdraw such right.
12. The user agrees to receive promotional information from the Company, the Company’s related business and any partner companies.
13. The contract for application of helper employment signed between the Company and the employer is non-transferrable. The Company reserves the right to make final and binding decisions in case of disputes regarding the above terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy Declaration
Please note that this Declaration can be edited without further notice, and you should regularly check and read the latest version. Holy Employment Centre Limited (the Company) promises to abide by the requirements and fulfil the responsibilities outlined by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the Ordinance). Our staff will keep secure and confidential all personal data collected/saved/used by the Company under instruction of the Ordinance.

Signing or processing documents required for employing foreign domestic helpers;
Using our employment referral services;

Types of personal data collected
The Company will collect personal data including but not limited to:
Personal information provided on documents required for employing foreign domestic helper or upon the request of Immigration Department and/or the consulate;
HKID card copy and number used for identity verification;
Employer and his/her family member(s) full name in Chinese and English, HKID card numbers and dates of birth;
Copy of proof of relationship of clients;
Contact number and email address of clients;
Proof of address and/or copy of tenancy agreement of clients;
Proof of income which may include copies of monthly bank statements, passbook and bank account details;
Recording of clients’ call to the Company in the form of notes or voice recording;
Emails or letters sent to the Company
All personal data will be stored until the original/directly related aims of collecting such data have been reached. This excludes any personal data that are required to be stored according to any applicable law or contract terms.According to this principle as well as the Company’s internal procedures, personal data will be deleted from the Company’s storage systems after a designated storage time.
The Company is entitled to use and analyse personal data for purposes including but not limited to:
Personal information provided on documents required for employing foreign domestic helper or upon the request of Immigration Department and/or the consulate;
HKID card copy and number used for identity verification;
Processing clients’ enquiries and providing relative progress/ newest information;
Providing or processing services purchased by client;
Providing assistance in response to clients’ enquiry, including investigation or solving problems that have affected service quality;
Issuing bills regarding the use of the Company’s services;
Responding to enquiries/complaints;
Keeping records for future reference;
Promotional services of the Company;
Assisting the company in preventing fraud or crime;
Contacting the client when necessary;
Disclosable items allowed or demanded by law.
The Company will keep all personal data confidential, but may disclose information to the following parties:
Authorities, government departments, regulators, courts or organizations appointed by law;
Overseas suppliers;
Banks or credit card companies;
Professional consultants, including lawyers and auditors.
The Company strives to protect clients’ personal data; however total security cannot be guaranteed due to features of the Internet. Our websites may disclose collected visitor counts and/or related statistics that cannot identify personal information to advertisers. Our websites may collect information including but not limited to visitor count, internet browser type and version, system of operation, IP address and/or domain.
